Product Availability All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and offer a full refund for the unavailable product.

At Kiddospot, safety is our top priority. All our products meet or exceed Australian safety standards:

  • AS/NZS Compliance: All baby products comply with relevant Australian/New Zealand safety standards.
  • GOTS Certified Organic: All our textile products from Organic collection (blankets, swaddles) are made from GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certified organic cotton - free from harmful chemicals, pesticides, and synthetic materials.
  • BPA-Free Materials: All teethers and accessories are made from food-grade, BPA-free materials safe for babies
  • Australian Standards: Products are designed and sized specifically for Australian standards (cot dimensions, mattress sizes, etc.)
  • Regular Testing: We conduct regular safety testing and quality control to ensure every product meets our high standards
  • Transparent Sourcing: We work only with verified, reputable suppliers who share our commitment to safety and quality

3. ORDERS & PAYMENT

Order Acceptance Your order is an offer to purchase products from us. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Product availability
  • Errors in pricing or product information
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Failure to meet payment authorization requirements

We will send you an order confirmation email once your order is placed. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. Your order is accepted when we dispatch the products to you.

Payment

  • Payment is required in full at the time of order
  • We accept credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal.
  • All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for the total order amount, including products, shipping, and applicable taxes

Order Cancellation We reserve the right to cancel any order before dispatch. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping

  • We ship to addresses within Australia as well as selected International countries
  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout
  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs

Risk of Loss Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been delivered to the address you provided.

Delivery Issues Please inspect your order upon delivery. If items arrive damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and packaging. See our Refund Policy for details.

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind - all sales are final
  • We do not offer exchanges
  • Refunds are only provided for damaged, faulty, or defective products
  • Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Kiddospot regarding your use of the Site and purchase of products.
