REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS


Under Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you have guaranteed rights when
purchasing goods from us. Our products come with guarantees that cannot
be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund
for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable
loss or damage.

Customers in the following regions are also protected under their local
consumer protection laws:
• New Zealand: Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
• United States: Applicable state consumer protection laws
• Canada: Applicable provincial consumer protection laws
• Singapore, Hong Kong, UAE, Saudi Arabia, South Korea: Applicable
  local consumer protection laws

🔄 30-DAY RETURNS & EXCHANGES


We want you to love every Kiddospot purchase. If you're not completely
satisfied, we offer a 30-day returns and exchanges window from the date
of delivery.

Eligible items must be:
• Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• In original packaging with all tags attached
• Purchased within the last 30 days

Exclusions — the following cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Personalised, monogrammed, or custom-made items (unless faulty)
• Items damaged due to misuse, washing, or normal wear and tear

↩️ HOW TO RETURN


1. Email info@kiddospot.com.au with your order number and reason
   for return
2. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return authorisation
   and instructions
3. Ship the item back in its original packaging using a tracked
   shipping service — return shipping costs are at the customer's
   expense for all orders, including Australian orders
4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your store credit or
   exchange within 5–7 business days

📦 RETURN SHIPPING COSTS — ALL MARKETS


Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for all
change-of-mind returns, regardless of your location:

• 🇦🇺 Australia: Customer pays return postage
• 🇳🇿 New Zealand: Customer pays return postage
• 🌏 International (SGD, HKD, AED, SAR, KRW, USD, CAD): Customer pays
  all return shipping costs, including any customs duties or import
  taxes assessed on returned parcels entering Australia

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service for
all returns. Kiddospot cannot be held responsible for returned parcels
lost or damaged in transit.

🔁 EXCHANGES


Want a different product, size, or colour? We're happy to exchange within
30 days, subject to stock availability. If your preferred item is
unavailable, we'll issue store credit. Outbound exchange shipping is
complimentary for Australian customers; international exchange orders
are subject to standard shipping rates.

⚠️ DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS


If your item arrives damaged or faulty, your rights under Australian
Consumer Law (and equivalent local laws) apply. In these cases:
• We will assess the fault and, where confirmed, cover the cost of
  return shipping via a prepaid label or reimbursement
• We will offer a full replacement or refund to your original payment
  method, including original shipping costs
• Transit damage: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Other faults: Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Include your order number, a description of the fault, and photos
  of the item and packaging

Note: Return shipping costs are only covered by Kiddospot in the case
of confirmed faulty or damaged items. Change-of-mind returns are always
at the customer's expense.

💳 REFUND PROCESS


• Faulty/damaged items: Refund processed to the original payment method,
  including original shipping costs, within 5–7 business days of
  receiving and inspecting the returned item
• Change-of-mind returns: Store credit issued as a Kiddospot gift card
  within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item
• Non-refundable: Personalised, monogrammed, or custom-made products
  (unless faulty or damaged upon arrival)
